Jeremy is a registered physiotherapist and a 1996 graduate from the University of Alberta. Pursuing a specialization in manual therapy, he successfully completed his Intermediate Manual Therapy Exam in 2001.
He has special interests in treating runners, shoulder and foot pathologies and assesses and prescribes orthotics for patients who are in need of extra foot support to help correct biomechanical errors. He combines his manual therapy skills with manual muscle testing techniques to provide the best combination of treatments for his patients.
The addition of High Power Laser Therapy to the clinic has led to his specific training in laser medicine and some very remarkable outcomes with his patients. In 2015 he was trained and became a Certified IMS (dry needling) practitioner.
Recent and ongoing training in concussion management has allowed him to conduct baseline concussion testing and provide effective and timely concussion management/rehab.
He is married and has a son and daughter in middle school who both love playing basketball, riding bikes and ‘hanging out’ with dad.

Siva graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in Chennai, India in 1999 and completed his Masters in Sports Therapy at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India in 2002. He has worked in private practice and hospital settings in India for more than a decade providing him with valuable experience in multiple areas of practice. Before moving in to Vital Life Physiotherapy Clinic, he had worked in work conditioning for WorkSafeBC clients at CBI Fleetwood Surrey center.
Siva is a member and in good standing of the Physiotherapy Associaton of BC (PABC) and is committed to enrich his professional knowledge through education. He recently completed his Diploma in Dry Needling from the Functional Dry Needling Institute of UK in Vancouver and is currently pursuing a Fascial Manipulation course from the Registered Therapists of Fascial Manipulation®, Italy.

Greg Guizzo has been practicing Physiotherapy in British Columbia since 1994. Greg graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Physical Education. He was then accepted into the Faculty of Medicine and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994. Greg has extensive experience providing physical rehabilitation for musculoskeletal related, Work Safe and ICBC associated injuries. He develops and instructs resisted rehabilitation exercise programs with the use of isokinetic and work simulation devices. Ibukun graduated with a Bachelors degree in physiotherapy from the University of Ibudan in Nigeria in 2001 and completed her Masters in Orthopaedics and Sports at the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2010.
She has gained experience throughout her career treating clients with issues ranging from sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, orthopaedic conditions, post-surgical cases and neurological disorders in a variety of clinical settings.
